Cindy Gelormini is a gifted public speaker, author, podcast host, and advocate whose vibrant storytelling and relatable humor have captivated audiences across the country. Her journey began with a deeply personal mission: advocating for individuals with autism, inspired by her son Robbie, who had severe autism. Through her advocacy, Cindy raised awareness, provided resources for families, and became a voice for adults with special needs—especially those over 21, a group often overlooked.

As her platform grew, Cindy was drawn into the world of motivational speaking, especially for women and moms of kids with Special Needs. Drawing from her own entrepreneurial experience as a mural artist, paint color consultant, and published author, she uses pictures and a sense of humor as she shares practical insights and heartfelt encouragement to empower women to pursue their dreams and embrace their unique gifts.

As a creative force with a passion for color and connection, Cindy Gelormini is a true multi-hyphenate: Author – Color Expert – TV Host – Nonprofit Founder – Worship Leader- Speaker. Known professionally as The Paint Diva, she’s an interior design expert specializing in paint color selection and the author of The Paint Diva Method. Cindy will soon bring her expertise to the screen as the host of a new TV series on the new streaming network called Home Inspo TV+.

Beyond design, Cindy is also the founder and CEO of Robbie's World Foundation, supporting autism families throughout New Jersey—a mission inspired by her late son.

While she wears many hats, the titles she cherishes most are Wife, Mom, Gigi, and Woman of Faith.

Cindy has been involved in Christian Ministry for most of her life, but her biggest lessons were learned by pressing into God in the midst of trauma, abuse and the passing of her son. She shares how forgiveness is the key to freedom and how the joy of the Lord can be your strength.

Cindy is amazing! We were so blessed to have her speak at our February Aglow "Vision" gathering, and then she came back to be with us again while we showed off our completed Vision Boards. It is so evident that she truly cares for the people she is speaking to. Cindy is gifted speaker and teacher who is dynamic and powerful, highly motivational, practical, funny and down-to-earth all combined. She had us laughing and crying as she interwove parts of her own story throughout teaching us how to cast the vision for our lives. The message she brought us was "You're not too old, and it's not too late!" Wow!

We received such great feedback from attendees, and many expressed how they were now motivated to do great things because of Cindy's message. One lady expressed how Cindy's message was an answer to many prayers. I personally am so moved and inspired by Cindy's story and all the great things God is doing through her.
