More that Meatballs

(Motivational Speech)

Inspired by a speech Cindy gave at a funeral years ago when she asked family members to describe their loved one who had passed who was nearly 100 years old, and all anyone could say was "She made good meatballs". She was determined to make sure that when her time came people would have more to say about what she accomplished in life than "She made good meatballs"! Cindy motivates listeners to think about what type of legacy they will leave behind some day.

She gives them keys to how to get through life with joy by walking them through an exercise using the "F" words, Fuel (words you speak) Forgiveness, Faith, and Funnies (comedy) because laughter is good medicine. This talk is perfect for all women, because we all go through struggles and need some encouragement.
