Paint your life story
(Motivational Workshop)
As a business owner, CEO and entrepreneur, Cindy invites business men and women in corporate to imagine if they hired her to paint a mural depicting their life. What would it look like? What color palette would they choose? Which life events would they highlight? Would it look like the life they had dreamed of, or is it the life others have decided for them? Cindy encourages participants to remember who they are and follow their own passions and pursue their dreams and goals for themselves. This can be done as a hands on workshop. Visit the Painting & Workshops page to learn more.

More that Meatballs
(Motivational Speech)
Inspired by a speech Cindy gave at a funeral years ago and the title of her next upcoming book, when Cindy asked family members to describe their loved one who had just passed (who was nearly 100 years old), and all anyone could say was "She made good meatballs". She was determined to make sure that when her time came people would have more to say about what she accomplished in life than just "She made good meatballs"! Cindy motivates listeners to think about what type of legacy they will leave behind some day. This can also be done as a Vision Board workshop. Visit the Painting and Workshops page to learn more.

Robbie's World School Assemblies.
(Autism Awareness & Acceptance)
Cindy has 2 programs, one for kids ages pre-k up to 2nd grade, and another for 3rd- 5th grade. Along with her penguin mascot Robbie, Cindy teaches students what autism is in a kid friendly way. She reads some of the stories from her books, and teaches kids about eloping, stimming and how their 5 senses can be affected. Once they understand what their friends with autism may be experiencing, she encourages them to be helpful and kind.

Turning Lemons into Lemonade
(Inspiration for Parents, especially those with Autism and Special Needs)
Birthed out of her retreats for moms of kids with Autism, called "Lemonade" events, Cindy talks about letting go of the fantasy of the perfect life we dreamed of and embracing the fact that sometimes our lives turn out differently than what we had planned. She offers keys to how to stay strong during struggles and to get through life with joy. She teaches on how to forgive, keep a positive attitude and be careful of their thoughts and words, to find their tribe, and remember to laugh, because laughter is good medicine! This talk is perfect for all women, because we all go through struggles and need some encouragement. It can be combined with a painting party where Cindy walks them through creating a painting of a glass of lemonade. Whole retreats can center around the Lemon/Lemonade theme with centerpieces, jewelry, crafts and food!

Christian Conferences & Women's Retreats
As a spirit filled believer, Cindy shares her testimony about how her faith came into play while raising a son with profound autism, surviving physical and spiritual abuse, and how she overcame the loss of her son. Cindy is a natural born teacher, artist and worship leader who loves to use Power Point photos to paint visual pictures in her story telling. Incorporating scripture, worship and personal stories, she walks listeners through an exercise in forgiveness and letting go of the past, freeing them up to fulfill their life's calling and destiny. To create a whole experience, workshops can be added. Visit the Paint and Workshops page.
